Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's with 3+ years.
• Experience supporting and configuring SaaS applications in a technical business systems role.
• Ability to understand technical integrations and configurations, including SAML/SSL.
• Strong technical documentation and SDLC/RFC process familiarity.
• Excellent troubleshooting and holistic problem-solving.

## Senior Technical Solutions Analyst - SaaS ApplicationsApply: Hybrid Position: Buffalo, NY: Full time: Posted Today: R90786**This role is four days onsite, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week M&T Work Model - 4 Days In-Office | 1 Day Work From Home.** **The Bank sponsors individuals for TN and H-1B transfers on a case by case basis. Please note that this position is not open to anyone on an F-1 student visa including those eligible for CPT/OPT or the Stem OPT extension****.** **Position Overview**The Senior Technical Solutions Analyst - SaaS Applications supports, configures, and improves a portfolio of approximately 10–12 SaaS applications, including a consent management platform. This senior-level, non-lead role combines technical business systems analysis with practical solution delivery, with a primary focus on low-code/no-code configuration, application support, integrations, documentation, and technical coordination. The role requires greater technical depth than a traditional Business Systems Analyst position but is not a traditional Software Engineering opportunity. Extensive programming, repository management, code merging, and code reviews are not core responsibilities, and expertise in every technical area is not expected. **Key Responsibilities*** Support, maintain, and configure SaaS applications, including user and profile setup and application administration.* Support the consent management platform, including cookie consent configurations and related solution changes.* Consider privacy and consent requirements, including differences by state, when implementing, configuring, and testing solutions.* Work with SAML and SSL configurations to support application integrations and technical requirements.* Coordinate configuration activities, troubleshoot application issues, and partner on technical remediation, including SSL enablement, with vendors and internal technology teams.* Assist with SAD documentation, SDLC processes, permitting, and RFC processing to support solution delivery and changes.* Create and maintain clear technical documentation and process documentation for supported applications and configurations.* Identify opportunities to automate manual activities and improve application support and delivery processes.* Support light scripting within applications as needed; independently writing complex scripts is not a core expectation.* Support evolving solution changes that may increasingly involve APIs, automation, or AI-enabled capabilities.**Required Qualifications**Associate’s degree and a minimum of 5 years' solutions development and/or relevant enterprise technology experience or a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years' solutions development and/or relevant enterprise technology experience or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years' education and/or relevant work experience, including a minimum of 3 years’ solutions development and/or relevant enterprise technology experience.* Experience supporting and configuring SaaS applications in a technical business systems analysis, solutions analysis, or application support role.* Ability to understand technical integrations and configurations* Familiarity with SAML and SSL configurations.* Strong technical documentation skills.* Understanding of SDLC and RFC processes.* Experience coordinating with vendors and internal technology teams* Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.* Ability to look holistically at a solution rather than focusing purely on development. **Preferred Qualifications*** Working knowledge of privacy and consent management, including how differing requirements can affect configuration and testing; deep expertise is not required.* Scripting knowledge or experience with light application scripting; scripting experience is not required.* API exposure.* Automation/process improvement experience* Working knowledge of **AI.*** Exposure to Microsoft Copilot and agent-building concepts. **Team and Work Environment**You will join Red Squadron, a small Agile team supporting SaaS applications with a primary focus on consent management. Success in this role requires the ability to learn multiple applications quickly, take ownership during an accelerated onboarding period, communicate effectively with vendors and internal technology partners, and proactively identify solutions and process improvements. The position is well suited to a technically capable analyst who enjoys application configuration, troubleshooting, and end-to-end solution support rather than coding-heavy software development.
