Job summary

Otter.ai seeks a driven Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Account Executives as we scale our sales organization. This role reports to the Senior Director of Sales and emphasizes coaching, accountability, and fast execution in a high-growth environment.

The position is hybrid with three days in a Bay Area office. You will coach in real time, own performance, and partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to accelerate revenue growth and build scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or a high-growth technology environment.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing and developing a team of quota-carrying sales professionals.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets, both as an individual contributor and as a sales leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to drive quota attainment and revenue growth.
• Build a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and continuous feedback.
• Drive outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and strong qualification using MEDDPIC.
