Job summary

Gradient AI Corp is seeking a driven Senior Sales Executive to build and own a new predictive analytics solution for workers’ compensation claims management. This hunter role involves launching the product, educating buyers, and closing deals with carriers, TPAs, brokers, MGAs, and self‑insured employers.

You will lead full sales cycles, demonstrate ROI, and partner with product and customer success to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS or technology sales experience, with a meaningful portion in workers’ compensation or P&C insurance.
• Direct experience selling to carriers, TPAs, brokers, MGAs or self‑insured employers.
• Experience selling new or emerging concepts and building a case from scratch.
• Proven track record of building your own book of business and hunting for leads.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ROI demonstration.

Responsibilities

• Build and own your pipeline through direct prospecting, industry relationships, and referrals across carriers, TPAs, brokers, MGAs, and self‑insured employers.
• Lead the full sales cycle from discovery through close, including demos, proposals, and statements of work.
• Connect software capabilities to buyers’ operational problems and demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with product and customer success to feedback market needs and support implementations.
• Hit and exceed annual sales targets and help shape go‑to‑market strategy in early days.
