Job summary

Druva is seeking an experienced field and customer-facing Product Manager to partner with senior leadership and align the SaaS roadmap with company objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data protection, security and governance needs and translate them into Druva’s roadmap.

The role requires 8+ years in B2B SaaS with at least 5 years in product management, a engineering degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total professional experience building and shipping B2B SaaS products, with at least 5 years in product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MBA would be a plus.
• Experience working in the data protection domain, particularly in the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Copilot, D365, Intune).
• Experience with other major SaaS platforms (Google, Salesforce, ServiceNow) a major plus.
• Experience with Identity infrastructure (Entra ID, Okta, Active Directory) a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Explore new product features and develop market/product requirements across SaaS apps.
• Sales and customer interaction for product demos, roadmap presentations, feedback and escalations.
• Analyze business metrics to develop go-to-market insights and execute with product marketing and sales.
• Build product marketing collateral and deliver field sales team training.
• Analyze telemetry to drive roadmap and product adoption.
• Respond to analyst questionnaires and develop analyst-facing presentations.
