Job summary

Inspira Financial is seeking a Senior Onboarding Specialist - SaaS to support onboarding for partners and employers, manage migrations, and collaborate on implementation projects. The role focuses on delivering a smooth onboarding experience within Inspira’s SaaS operating model.

The ideal candidate will be curious, adaptable, and eager to grow with a fast-paced company expanding its SaaS customer base. Strong relationship skills and CDH experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5 years of client service or relationship management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship and communication skills, applied to both internal and external clients.
• Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task and complete tasks within specified timelines.
• Ability to solve complex issues, both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to make timely and accurate decisions.
• Strong follow-through and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge) and Outlook.
• Ability to maintain the highest quality of service and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Deep experience with Consumer Directed Health Benefits and regulations.
• College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CDH benefit implementation of employer onboarding for SMB and Mid-Market clients through our strategic partners.
• Manage bulk HSA and Notional migrations, ensuring seamless transitions for employers.
• Collaborate on partner implementation projects, contributing to the ongoing success of Inspira's platform.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with partners and employers.
• Ensure partners maximize value from our platform by understanding and advocating for their needs.
• Mitigate risks and prevent churn by identifying issues early and leading mitigation efforts.
• Function as the voice of the customer, providing internal feedback for product improvements.
• Lead ongoing status calls and develop strategies to improve client health and satisfaction.
• Adapt to changing responsibilities as we scale, pivoting towards a dedicated Customer Success or Implementation role as needed.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance internal processes and the overall client experience.
