Job summary

ISHE is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead enterprise SaaS implementations of Unanet for our clients in the US market. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage budgets and forecasts, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-scope deployments.

You'll build robust project artifacts, communicate proactively with stakeholders, and escalate risks as needed. Strong PMP certification and experience with complex ERP-style systems are required for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing enterprise SaaS implementations for configurable systems
• Experience with project budgeting and forecasting for revenue
• PMP certification demonstrated
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Unanet software implementations within scope, timeline, and budget
• Develop and maintain project artifacts and documentation
• Communicate expectations clearly to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify dependencies and critical paths to mitigate risks
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive client project implementations
• Manage multiple concurrent client implementations and ensure satisfaction
