Jobgether in the United States seeks an experienced NetSuite ERP Project Manager to lead complex ERP implementations from planning through delivery. You will oversee project teams, coordinate consultants, and ensure alignment with scope, timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

The role requires 5+ years in project management within technology/ERP, 3+ years of full-cycle ERP delivery, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional project management experience, preferably in technology/ERP environments.
• 3+ years delivering full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Proven experience delivering NetSuite ERP implementations from planning through deployment.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies, lifecycle management, scope, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities across the full implementation lifecycle, including planning, WBS, scheduling, and change management.
• Manage project scope with accurate estimates, timelines, plans, status reports, and milestones.
• Lead multiple ERP implementations or an entire program with consistent execution and delivery.
• Coordinate and guide a consulting team, removing obstacles to execution.
• Act as primary communicator for stakeholders, managing expectations and updates.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, SMEs, and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct retrospectives, apply lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify risks early and drive proactive, solution-oriented delivery.
