Aravo Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to join our Legal team in Austin, TX. You will review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of customer, vendor, marketing, software subscription, and partner agreements across the business.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Product, Security, IT, and People to manage renewals, obligations, and risk, providing practical guidance aligned with Aravo's policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; a JD or other advanced legal qualification preferred.
• Seven or more years of commercial or corporate contracting experience for multiple functions.
• Experience with customer SaaS, vendor/ procurement, marketing, and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of agreements including SaaS, licenses, services, and NDAs.
• Manage vendor contracts and software subscription renewals with notice dates and approvals.
• Provide practical guidance on contract terms, risk, and negotiation strategy.
