Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with Finance and Sales and turn data into decisions. You’ll own the company’s most important metrics: revenue (ARR/MRR), bookings, pipeline, conversion, net revenue retention, gross margin and more.

Beyond reporting, you’ll uncover drivers, build analyses to shape planning and go-to-market strategy, and help leadership answer critical questions. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role with SQL and Python in a production setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Analyst, incl. 2+ years in Business/FP&A or Revenue Operations.
• 2+ years in a SaaS company; familiarity with ARR, bookings, NRR, CAC, payback, pipeline coverage.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the company’s core business metrics end-to-end.
• Partner with Finance on revenue recognition, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales on pipeline health, funnel conversion, quota attainment, and territory performance.
• Monitor trends, surface actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Build revenue and pipeline models from product usage and billing data.
• Write production-quality SQL and Python to automate reporting and analytics.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for leadership.
• Support pricing, packaging, segment strategy, capacity planning, and GTM experiments with impact measurement.
