  • Able to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborative leader who mentors teams, builds consensus, and drives timely decisions – scaling capability across teams
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and managing multiple stakeholder priorities
  • Business-focused, results-oriented with attention to user experience, operational readiness and change management
  • Confident decision-maker who documents trade-offs and drives alignment

Deliverables & Success Metrics:

  • Establishes a deep stakeholder management map and engagement plan to build trust and business awareness
  • Maintains an evolving list of business capabilities mapped to technical and data solutions
  • Documents business value and outcomes in a robust manner
  • Builds a strong and capable team of professionals with deep technical, data, user experience, project management, change management, business acumen, executive messaging, and change management skills
