Job summary

Cydecor, Inc. is seeking a S&T Program Management Specialist to support the ONR S&T portfolio. The role centers on funding policy execution, program management practices, and technology transition from S&T into acquisition within DoD.

A Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of S&T or related DoD experience are required, including at least 10 years of DoD management oversight (prefer DoN). This position requires experience with DoD RDT&E funding policies and the ability to generate

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
15 years of S&T or related DoD experience.
Of the 15 years' experience required, a minimum of 10 years must include relevant management oversight experience in DoD, preferably DoN, S&T project planning, execution, and transition.
Experience with DoD RDT&E funding policies and program management practices applicable to technology transition from S&T into acquisition is required.
Experience generating new concepts and approaches to plan, evaluate, and manage S&T programs.
