Job summary

Cydecor seeks a S&T Program Management Specialist for the ONR S&T portfolio. The role focuses on funding policies, program management, and transition from S&T into acquisition, requiring extensive DoD oversight and ONR familiarity.

Excellent candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, 15 years in S&T/DoD, and a track record of developing concepts to evaluate and manage programs, with a willingness to work onsite in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 15 years of S&T or related DoD experience.
• 10 years of DoD management oversight experience, preferably DoN, S&T planning/execution/transition.
• Experience with DoD RDT&E funding policies and program management practices.

Job Description

Cydecor is seeking a S&T Program Management Specialist for the ONR S&T portfolio.

Responsibilities include

• Manage and execute funding policies and program management practices applicable to technology transition from S&T into acquisition.
• Generate new concepts and approaches to plan, evaluate, and manage S&T programs.
• Administer DoD S&T policy, priorities, and programs.

Here’s what you need

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 15 years of S&T or related DoD experience.
• Of the 15 years' experience required, a minimum of 10 years must include relevant management oversight experience in DoD, preferably DoN, S&T project planning, execution, and transition.
• Experience with DoD RDT&E funding policies and program management practices applicable to technology transition from S&T into acquisition is required.
• Experience generating new concepts and approaches to plan, evaluate, and manage S&T programs.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Prior experience with Office of Naval Research (ONR) Science and Technology Portfolio.

Security Clearance

• Interim or Active Secret clearance.

Education

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, onsite preferred with the possibility of a hybrid work schedule.
