Job summary

Strategic Analysis, Inc. seeks a Senior Science and Technology (S&T) Analyst to provide program and project management support to a DoD/DoW client focusing on Emerging Technologies, including Quantum Science and PNT.

The role is hybrid in Arlington, VA with on-site Pentagon presence 1–2 days per week. You will coordinate program assessments, develop strategy, and prepare governance documents for senior government leaders.

Qualifications

Proficiency in technical research.
Understanding of the PPBE process and terms.
Excellent communication skills, including briefing and meeting moderation.
Ability to work independently with junior and senior staff in a distributed environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate assessments and analyses of programs and technologies, including Quantum Science and PNT.
Formulate solicitations or related documents and evaluate project proposals.
Produce analytical products, directives, and meeting minutes for government review.
Develop responses to Congressional RFIs and track legislative developments.
Identify risks, track progress, and suggest alternative project approaches.
Prepare governance documents, charters, and designation memos describing processes.
