Job summary

Tech-Marine Business, Inc. is seeking a Senior Science & Technology (S&T) Analyst to support Surface Navy modernization and technology transition with NAVSEA.

The role requires analytical, strategic, and programmatic support to senior government leadership coordinating across acquisition, R&D, S&T, and maintenance teams. The candidate will work with ONR, NAVSEA, and other DoD organizations to identify opportunities, assess readiness, and develop roadmaps for technology insertion and transition

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Science, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Systems Engineering, Technology Management, or related fields.
• Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles and leadership responsibilities.
• Active Secret Clearance or higher is preferred for access to sensitive programs.

Responsibilities

• Support senior government leaders in developing Surface Navy science and technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Research, analyze, and assess emerging technologies for naval modernization and readiness.
• Coordinate with NAVSEA, ONR, DARPA, and industry partners to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Develop technology insertion strategies and transition plans aligned with DoD priorities.
