Job summary

Timberlab seeks an experienced S&OP leader to own the integrated planning cadence across mass timber construction services, glulam, CLT, and fabrication. You will convert demand forecasting, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and supply chain coordination into a single management system that guides revenue, utilization, and overhead absorption across multiple sites.

The role delivers executive reporting, drives cross-functional alignment, and ensures planning commitments are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• MBA preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP process end to end, from data preparation to executive sign-off.
• Coordinate demand and supply planning meetings across multiple product lines and sites.
• Monitor capacity, labor, and facilities utilization and report against plan.
• Develop KPI dashboards covering demand, capacity, inventory, and delivery performance.
• Prepare executive presentations and drive cross-functional accountability for planning commitments.
