Job summary

Timberlyne is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate the post-sale process from customer acceptance through final delivery. The PM will plan, organize, and execute projects to meet schedules, quality, and budget, acting as the central liaison among sales, design, engineering, procurement, leadership, production, and logistics.

The role requires strong communication, scheduling, and budgeting skills, with experience in construction or related fields and proficiency in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Requires understanding of construction/related field and ability to read engineering/design concepts.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and contracts from acceptance to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule post-sale process, ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Serve as primary client contact; manage changes and document via Salesforce.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, design/engineering teams and production to meet contract.
• Monitor budgets, forecasting, and expenses; communicate with customers on costs.
