Amazon is seeking a Senior S&OP Planner to own the 0-2 year server-material Demand Plan of Record and transition plan within AIS. You will align demand, supply, and financial plans to enable scalable GenAI and core infrastructure while influencing at all levels across AIS.

The Senior S&OP Planner leads the AIS Demand & S&OP team inside the CDSA (Capacity Delivery, Supportability & Analytics) organization. You will own the 0-2 year server‑material Demand Plan of Record (POR) as well as transition plan for assigned server platforms. Your charter is to keep demand, supply, and financial plans in lock‑step while building the automation and mechanisms that let AWS scale its GenAI and Core infrastructure faster, cheaper, and more sustainably. Success requires exceptional judgment, a builder’s mindset, and the ability to influence at all levels—from front‑line planners to VP‑ and SVP‑level business owners.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
