Job summary

T&G Global in Seattle, WA, seeks an experienced S&OP Manager to lead the planning and allocation strategy across North America, South Africa, and Chile. The role partners with commercial, supply chain, quality, finance, and global planning teams to ensure the right products reach markets at the right time, while maximizing business value and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in S&OP and supply planning.
• Proven ability to manage allocation in constrained environments.
• Experience working with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply allocation planning for domestic, export, and import markets.
• Develop weekly, monthly, and seasonal supply plans aligned with priorities and forecasts.
• Manage supply constraints and recommend allocation decisions to maximize value and commitments.
• Lead S&OP processes across multiple regions and product lines.
• Build analytical models to translate forecasts into executable plans.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Global S&OP teams.
