Zusammenfassung

Clearfield is seeking a Senior Demand Analyst in Minnesota to lead the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process and convert inputs into a consensus demand forecast. You will feed the plan into Epicor Kinetic/IP&O, aligning with Sales, Finance, and Operations to balance demand with supply and support growth.

The role requires 5+ years in demand planning, strong Excel and analytical skills, and a hybrid work setup out of Brooklyn Park, MN.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• Minimum 5 years in demand planning, SIOP/S&OP, or supply chain/materials management.
• Hands-on ERP planning/purchasing experience; Epicor Kinetic/IP&O experience highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead monthly SIOP cycle including demand review and executive SIOP meetings.
• Build and maintain statistical/collaborative demand forecasts using sales input and historical trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing to capture new products and promotions signals.
