Parachute Home Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Sales & Inventory Operations Planning Manager to join our Los Angeles team.

You will own the monthly S&OP cadence, manage inventory reconciliation, and partner with CSCO and cross-functional teams to optimize stock health across Retail, D2C, and B2B channels. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in inventory or merchandize planning, advanced Excel/Sheets skills, and a data-driven mindset to translate insights into actionable decisions that support

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in inventory or merchandize planning, supply planning or inventory management.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills and ability to work with large data sets.
• Ability to translate inventory insights into cross-functional decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly S&OP cadence end-to-end and ensure timely inputs and decisions.
• Maintain inventory visibility across products and channels (Retail, B2C, B2B).
• Execute inventory reconciliation between demand and supply planning and flag risks.
• Partner with Finance to close month-end and year-end inventory processes.
