Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is a North American leader in agribusiness and renewable fuels, with operations spanning the full value chain from farm to customer. This role leads the S&OP team, driving capacity planning, production scheduling, and performance reporting to align the plan with company goals.

You will translate forecasts into monthly production plans, collaborate with planners and purchasing, and publish metrics that track adherence to the business plan and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 5-7 years relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage capacity monthly and quarterly to meet customer demand.
• Translate the sales and operations plan into a monthly production plan per facility.
• Establish and adjust capacity levels to execute production schedules.
• Publish reports on performance vs. business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan.
• Coordinate raw materials requirements with planners, coordinators and purchasing to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
