The Andersons, Inc. is seeking a senior S&OP leader to manage the monthly and quarterly capacity planning across facilities, aligning production with forecasts and customer demand. You’ll translate plans into actionable schedules and publish performance reports to guide decisions.

This position is responsible for managing the S&OP team including; facilitating the planning process, driving improvements to the process and aligning the final plan with organizational goals.
Manages professional employees and/or supervisors or supervises large, complex technical or business support or production operations team(s) Is accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operations challenges Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance from senior manager Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.
