Job summary

Standard Textile is seeking a Senior S&OP Analyst to drive end-to-end planning across our global network, aligning demand with production, inventory strategy, and financial goals.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement and Distribution teams to improve forecast accuracy, service levels, and working capital. The role emphasizes strategic analysis with hands-on execution in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in supply chain planning, demand planning, or S&OP.
• Advanced Excel, pivot tables, and data analysis skills.
• ERP experience: SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or MS Dynamics.
• APICS/ASCM certification preferred.
• Experience with Kinaxis, Anaplan, Logility, Blue Yonder, o9 or SAP IBP.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical data and market trends to improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop consensus forecasts with Commercial, Customer Service, and Product teams.
• Monitor forecast performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Translate demand into supply and inventory plans.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance and Commercial teams.
