Job summary

Dompé seeks a Senior Director of Real World Evidence Generation to lead the strategic design and execution of real-world data initiatives that support clinical value, market access, and lifecycle goals. You will build a robust, compliant RWE agenda and manage a team of RWE scientists translating real-world data into decision-ready insights.

Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, or equivalent in epidemiology, health outcomes, biostatistics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in real-world evidence, epidemiology, or outcomes research.
• Demonstrated experience designing and executing observational research.
• Strong understanding of real-world data sources (claims, EHR, registries).
• Experience presenting evidence to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated evidence strategy across Dompé indications.
• Provide strategic oversight of RWE & epidemiology program aligned to iEGP.
• Represent RWE in cross-functional medical strategy discussions.
• Translate RWE findings into publications, dossiers, and internal recommendations.
