Job summary

Blue Compass RV is seeking an Experienced RV Technician to join our team in California. You will diagnose, repair, and service a range of motorized and towable RVs, mentoring others and delivering top-tier workmanship.

Applicants should have 3+ years in RV service, RVIA/RVDA certifications preferred, strong mechanical and diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on RV service experience or related technical background.
• RVIA/RVDA or manufacturer certifications preferred (or willing to obtain).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and in-depth knowledge of RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues on RVs.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting using diagnostic tools, manufacturer manuals, and schematics.
• Lead by example in delivering top-tier repairs and mentor entry-level and skilled technicians.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections and ensure all systems are fully operational.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and time allocated in service software.
