Job summary

Blue Compass RV is seeking an Experienced RV Technician to diagnose and repair complex problems across motorized and towable RVs. You will mentor junior technicians and lead by example in a fast-paced shop environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of RV service experience, RVIA/RVDA certifications preferred, and strong diagnostic and teamwork skills. Competitive hourly pay with mentorship programs and a clear career path are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on RV service experience or equivalent background.
• RVIA/RVDA or manufacturer certifications preferred (or willing to obtain).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and deep knowledge of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances).
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex RV mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues on motorized and towable RVs.
• Lead by example with a clean, safe, organized workspace and mentor other technicians.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections and ensure systems are fully operational.
• Record work performed and time in service software; collaborate with service advisor and parts department.
