Blue Compass RV is seeking an Experienced RV Technician to join our team and lead by example in delivering top-tier repairs and service to our customers. This role is ideal for an experienced, certified technician who takes pride in craftsmanship and is ready to mentor others in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

You will diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues on both motorized and towable RVs, perform advanced troubleshooting with manuals and schematics,

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on RV service experience or related technical background.
• RVIA/RVDA or manufacturer certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong mechanical aptitude across RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and slide-outs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues on motorized and towable RVs.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting using diagnostic tools, manuals, and schematics.
• Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused shop.
• Mentor entry-level and skilled technicians with on-the-job guidance.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections and ensure systems are operational.
• Collaborate with service advisor and parts department for timely repairs.
• Stay current on RVIA/RVDA and manufacturer certifications.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and time in service software.
