Job summary

Jayco Inc in Middlebury, Indiana seeks an experienced Master Lead Technician to mentor RV Service Technicians toward RVIA Master Technician certification and to oversee problem solving, training, and performance metrics across the service team.

You will supervise repairs on exterior and interior RV systems, ensure code compliance, review owner lists with customers, and lead training for apprentices and dealer staff during rallies and field visits.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to perform a variety of repairs on RV products.
• Demonstrates problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Must read and understand engineering prints and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, and repair RV units within estimated hours.
• Provide accurate parts lists to procurement.
• Lead training for apprentices and lesser skilled technicians.
• Meet with owners to review items and add-ons on lists.
