Job summary

Jayco Family seeks a Master Lead Technician to train and mentor RV Service Technicians toward RVIA Master Technician certification while overseeing troubleshooting, repairs, and parts replacement. The role includes coaching apprentices, verifying job plans, and ensuring safety and quality across service operations.

The position requires extensive RV repair experience, knowledge of electrical/plumbing systems, and the ability to read engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• 2 years of applied trades training required.
• 7–10 years related RV service experience.
• Ability to read engineering prints and drawings.
• Forklift experience required.
• Ongoing Master Lead Technician certification status and commitment to training.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor RV Service Technicians to achieve RVIA Master Technician certification.
• Diagnose, inspect, repair and parts replacement within estimated hours.
• Lead shop operations in a temporary supervisory role as needed.
• Review owners' lists and add-ons with customers; perform field visits and training.
