Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience delivering complex software systems.
• Strong Rust and systems programming background with design patterns and architecture.
• Extensive Linux experience including kernel configuration and system-level development.
• Experience developing and managing distributed, containerized microservices and applications.
• Experience with messaging systems, networking, APIs, event-driven architectures, and IPC.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
• Ability to optimize software for constrained resources, focusing on CPU and memory.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and collaborative development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex software systems using Rust or similar systems languages.
• Develop and optimize software for Linux-based environments and performance debugging.
• Build and manage distributed, containerized microservices and applications.
• Implement messaging, APIs, networking, and event-driven architectures.
• Design and maintain relational databases, data models, and software integrations.
