Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a seasoned Rust developer to design, build, and optimize high-performance backend systems and tooling for AI data pipelines. This freelance, remote role offers flexible hours and the chance to impact production reliability at scale.

You will work 20–40 hours weekly, tackle concurrency challenges, and collaborate with research, data, and engineering teams on infrastructure decisions. Fluent English is required, and 3–5+ years of production Rust experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional production Rust experience.
• Strong background in distributed services, RPC frameworks, and distributed state or consensus.
• Ability to debug complex concurrency issues and communicate clearly.
• Willing to work 20–40 hours per week, fluent English required.
