Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Senior Rust Developer to join our engineering team and build high-performance, scalable distributed systems for enterprise applications.

This remote role welcomes experts with 6+ years of software experience, strong Rust knowledge, and hands-on experience with Tokio/Actix/Axum, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps tooling. You will work on REST/gRPC services, databases, and messaging systems to deliver reliable, secure systems for enterprise workloads.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Rust development in production.
• Strong knowledge of Rust concepts, ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, traits, generics, and async programming.
• Experience with Tokio, Actix Web, Axum, or similar Rust frameworks.
• Experience building REST APIs, gRPC services, and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of Linux, networking, multithreading, and concurrent programming.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Redis, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, or similar messaging platforms.
