Qualifications

• Six or more years of professional software engineering experience.
• Three or more years of hands-on Rust development in production.
• Strong proficiency in Rust ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, traits, generics, macros.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance backend services using Rust for large-scale distributed systems.
• Build low-latency APIs, asynchronous processing services, and event-driven microservices.
• Develop networking applications using TCP, UDP, HTTP/2, gRPC, WebSockets, and QUIC protocols.
• Implement highly concurrent Rust applications using async ecosystem (Tokio, async/await).
• Create secure APIs and authentication services (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, mTLS).
• Collaborate with DevOps to automate deployments via CI/CD and IaC.
• Investigate complex production issues related to concurrency and networking.
