Qualifications

• 3+ years in systems programming with Rust or low-latency languages.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, benchmark, and optimize ultra-low-latency trading platforms in Rust.
• Translate models into production software with researchers and traders.
• Advance AI/LLM integration across the software lifecycle and testing.
• Collaborate on market microstructure research and SOR enhancements.
• Analyze high-throughput data, backtest, and improve simulations.
