Tasks

Your role in our ecosystem

• Deep-Tech Projekte: You develop business-critical systems (with a focus on Rust) and build scalable, transparent architectures.

Qualifications

Your profile (skill checklist)

• Rust-Expertise: At least 5 years of experience. Confident handling of Ownership, Lifetimes und Async-Rust (Tokio) at expert level.
• Consulting-Mindset: You are accustomed to structuring complex issues and presenting them confidently before groups and decision-makers. You are rhetorically confident and technically unassailable.
• Results orientation: Quality over promises. Proof through Rust code references or repositories mandatory.
• Sense of responsibility: You are looking for a full-time challenge where you can really make a difference. We require a moderate willingness to travel to clients.
