Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited is seeking a Sr. RUST, C/C++, Python Developer to join our aerospace and defense client team in Camden, New Jersey. This onsite, direct-hire role requires DoD SECRET clearance and US citizenship.

The position features a 9/80 schedule and a $150,000–$180,000 annual salary with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The successful candidate will drive Rust adoption across embedded programs, migrate legacy C/C++ code to Rust, and provide architectural guidance for memory-safe design.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Rust development for production systems.
• Hands-on C and C++ development experience.
• Proficient in Python.
• Experience in formal SDLC and Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide the adoption of RUST throughout embedded software development programs.
• Manage the integration and conversion of legacy software to RUST.
• Provide best practices and architectural guidance for memory safe RUST usage across development teams.
• Translate program requirements into maintainable software solutions for the C5 and Cyber Solution Centers.
• Serve as a key member of a Scrum team, contributing to product direction and infrastructure decisions.
• Support the full software development life cycle from requirements through integration and sustainment.
