Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring a Sr. RUST, C/C++, Python Developer in Camden, New Jersey for an aerospace and defense client.

This is a permanent, full-time onsite role with a 9/80 schedule. The successful candidate will drive the adoption of Rust across embedded programs, migrate legacy C/C++ code to Rust, and provide memory-safe design guidance within a Scrum team, with citizenship and an active DoD SECRET clearance required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years developing Rust for production systems.
• Hands on experience with C and C++ development.
• Working proficiency in Python.
• Experience operating within a formal SDLC and Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide the adoption of RUST throughout embedded software development programs.
• Manage the integration and conversion of legacy software to RUST.
• Provide best practices and architectural guidance for memory safe RUST usage across development teams.
• Translate program requirements into maintainable software solutions for the C5 and Cyber Solution Centers.
• Serve as a key member of a Scrum team, contributing to product direction and infrastructure decisions.
• Support the full software development life cycle from requirements through integration and sustainment.
