Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a seasoned Rust Developer to design and optimize high-performance distributed systems, low-latency backend services, and cloud-native infrastructure components powering enterprise platforms.

The role emphasizes concurrent, memory-safe Rust development, integration with cloud environments, and event-driven architectures. You will collaborate with platform engineers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver scalable APIs and automation tools.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years hands-on Rust development in production.
• Experience with asynchronous Rust development (Tokio, async/await).
• Experience building RESTful APIs and gRPC services.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance backend services in Rust.
• Build low-latency APIs, asynchronous processing services, and event-driven microservices.
• Develop networking applications using TCP/UDP/HTTP/2/gRPC/WebSockets/QUIC.
• Use Rust's async ecosystem including Tokio and async/await.
• Design resilient services with high availability and fault tolerance.
• Optimize CPU, memory management, and performance.
• Integrate with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis Streams, or similar.
• Develop secure APIs with OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, and mTLS.
• Build observability with logging, tracing, and monitoring.
• Collaborate on architecture reviews, code reviews, and production support.
• Work with DevOps to automate deployments via CI/CD and IaC.
