Qualifications

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with ability to translate insights into product opportunities.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, PLM systems, and product analytics tools.
• Ability to influence and collaborate within a global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, creation, and execution of assigned product lines from consumer insight through commercialization.
• Translate consumer, athlete, marketplace, and competitive insights into clear product briefs and opportunities.
• Partner with Design, Development, Innovation, and Merchandising to deliver performance-driven product collections.
• Monitor category, franchise, and competitive performance to identify opportunities and inform planning.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Product Creation, Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, and Regional teams to drive alignment.
