Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a Junior Product Line Manager of Running Footwear in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

You will assist in the creation, execution, and management of footwear product lines, collaborating with design, development, and sales teams to bring market-leading running products to life. You will conduct market and consumer research, support global product line strategies, and prepare detailed product briefs for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, exercise science, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in product line management or a related role.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Requires 10-20% global and domestic travel.

Global Performance Initiatives: Contribute to the execution of overall Global Performance product line strategies. Adhere to designated calendar milestones.
Business Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on category business performance monthly.
Product Presentation: Present product ranges internally to PUMA merchandising and sales teams and externally to key retailers and partners.
Detailed Product Briefs: Collaborate in creating detailed product briefs that outline design, functionality, features, and performance requirements for each collection.
