Qualifications

• At least 5 years of commercial backend or full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong practical experience with Ruby on Rails and production applications.
• Experience building and scaling customer-facing software.
• Ownership of features from requirements through deployment.
• Previous startup/scale-up experience in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and balance of quality with speed.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration with international teams.
• Willingness to work with uncensored AI companionship products and NSFW content.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend apps using Ruby on Rails.
• Build new features and improve existing platform functionality.
