This hands‑on individual contributor role offers opportunities to influence technical decisions and take ownership of features from conception through deployment. Accountabilities

You will contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of production applications, ensuring that technical solutions support product objectives and deliver reliable user experiences.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring substantial hands‑on Ruby on Rails experience, a strong understanding of production software development, and the ability to deliver robust solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

• At least 5 years of commercial experience in backend or full‑stack software engineering.
• Strong practical experience with Ruby on Rails, preferably recent experience building and maintaining production applications.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and scale applications used by real customers.
• Experience owning features from initial requirements through development, testing, and deployment.
• Previous experience in a startup, scale‑up, or similarly fast‑moving environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to balance code quality with delivery speed.
• Excellent English communication skills and experience collaborating with international teams.
• Willingness and comfort working with uncensored AI companionship products and explicit NSFW content.
