Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain modular, high-performance backend architectures.
• Lead the adoption of AI-assisted coding practices within the team.
• Eliminate N+1 queries and optimize DB indexes.
• Conduct meaningful code reviews aligning with Ruby Style Guide and SOLID.
• Promote open-source best practices in private repos.
