CentralReach is a leading provider of autism and IDD care software, with hybrid offices in Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Holmdel, NJ; and Verona, Italy. We are seeking an experienced full-stack engineer to shape technical direction and deliver high-impact features.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of full-stack development experience with Ruby on Rails as a core strength.
• Strong front-end experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience leading projects end-to-end and mentoring others.
• Hands-on AI development with Claude Code, Copilot, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Shape technical direction on the Essentials squad and unblock teammates.
• Lead by example with clean, maintainable code and rigorous code reviews.
• Design back-end systems, APIs, and data models for performance and reliability.
• Build modern front-end experiences using React, TypeScript, and CSS.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and QA to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers and guide architectural decisions; drive delivery and risk management.
