T-Mobile is seeking a Senior Analyst, Record to Report (RTR) to support the Magenta Service Center. You will manage complex journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis, while guiding peers and ensuring timely, accurate close in alignment with policy.

Primary responsibilities include controlling SOX workflows, leveraging automation and analytics, and collaborating across teams to deliver actionable financial insights and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field (Required).
• 3 years of related work experience (Required).
• 2-4 years related experience in financial/shared services (Required).
• CPA/CA preferred (optional).

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly financial close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Explain variances and understand drivers affecting financial results.
• Maintain SOX control workflows and narratives for compliance.
• Support audits by internal and external teams.
• Leverage data analytics to provide actionable financial insights.
