Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and 3 years related experience.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and ERP experience.
• Ability to review complex journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the monthly financial close process, including preparing and analyzing complex journal entries and reconciliations; leverage automation to enhance accuracy.
• Understand business drivers and reflect effects in financial statements and variance analysis.
• Identify issues, propose improvements, and implement best practices.
• Maintain knowledge of current accounting standards and SEC reporting requirements for close and reporting.
• Maintain SOX controls knowledge; develop and update SOX workflows and narratives.
• Support quarterly and annual audits by internal and external auditors.
• Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives translating business changes into accounting requirements.
• Leverage data analytics to extract and manage large volumes of transactional data for insights.
• Compile and monitor KPIs for leadership review.
• Review MD&A and SEC filings for accuracy and completeness.
