Automation and analytics will streamline processes and improve financial insights. Responsibilities include reviewing deliverables, supporting audits, and maintaining control narratives to safeguard financial integrity across the close process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 3 years of related work experience or equivalent combination required.
• Public accounting or public company experience preferred (less than 2 years).

Responsibilities

• Participate in the monthly financial close process, including preparing and analyzing complex journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Understand business drivers and reflect effects in financial statements and variance analysis.
• Identify and communicate issues or areas for process improvements; drive resolution and best practices.
• Maintain knowledge of current accounting standards and SEC reporting requirements.
• Maintain Sox controls; develop and update automated control procedures and narratives.
• Support quarterly and annual audits by internal and external auditors.
• Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives; translate changes into accounting requirements and digital process adaptations.
• Leverage data analytics to extract, structure, and manage large volumes of transactional data for insights.
