Job summary

ITC Holdings Corp. is seeking a Senior RTO Policy Analyst to analyze transmission policy topics across RTOs such as SPP, coordinating with Regulatory Strategy, Rates, and Legal groups. The role emphasizes independent advocacy and cross-functional collaboration.

You will represent the Company at stakeholder events, produce regulatory analysis, and support strategic goals with increasing autonomy and ownership of regulatory issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant, equivalent experience and/or education.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Regulatory Analyst or similar responsibility.
• Experience with Tariffs, business practices manuals and policies of the Southwest Power Pool, Inc. RTO and/or FERC familiarity.
• Ability to understand and interpret effects of RTO Tariffs, manuals and policies on the Company.
• Excellent verbal and written advocacy skills to articulate complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Researches, analyzes, interprets and reports on RTO-related transmission policy issues.
• Represents the Company in RTO stakeholder committee and coordinates with Regulatory Strategy and Legal groups.
• Provides regulatory business analysis by interfacing with Company departments to summarize issues.
• Supports advocacy efforts on RTO-related transmission policy issues with increasing autonomy.
• Participates in stakeholder processes to identify impact on the Company and develop advocacy.
