Job summary

ITC Holdings Corp. seeks a Senior Regulatory Analyst to analyze RTO-related transmission policy topics and support advocacy efforts. You will interface with Regulatory Strategy, Rates, Federal Affairs, and Legal groups to summarize policy issues and communicate findings.

The role emphasizes independent advocacy, collaboration, and leadership in regulatory matters affecting the company’s strategic goals within regional markets such as the Southwest Power Pool and other RTOs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; five years regulatory experience preferred.
• Graduate degree in Public Policy is a plus.
• Experience with Tariffs, business practice manuals, and RTOs (SPP) is preferred but not required.
• Ability to synthesize and convey complex information clearly, both written and verbal.
• Strong advocacy skills and political sensitivity for RTO stakeholder processes.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, interpret, and report on RTO-related transmission policy issues.
• Represent the Company in RTO stakeholder committees and at industry events.
• Provide regulatory business analysis by coordinating with various departments.
• Support advocacy efforts with increasing autonomy and ownership of issues.
• Participate in stakeholder processes to assess impact of policies on the Company.
• Author, maintain, and disseminate RTO-related policy information.
• Coordinate with Regulatory Strategy, Tariff Pricing, Rates, FERC Policy, and Legal groups.
