Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years experience as electric utility Regulatory Analyst or similar function.
• Experience with pricing and regulatory policy; advocate for company position in forums.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to build rapport with regulators and stakeholders.
• Travel for company business, up to several times per month.
• Authorized to work in the United States; ITC does not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor federal transmission regulatory policy and electric utility legislation.
• Research, analyze and interpret regulatory filings; review industry publications and attend conferences.
• Advocate the company's transmission policy with internal stakeholders and development opportunities.
• Liaise with regulators, legislators, stakeholders, customers and industry groups; participate in coalitions.
• Represent ITC in RTO committees and task forces to support development interests.
• Participate in internal strategy meetings to shape the company's goals and regulatory direction.
• Contribute to regulatory proceedings and report data on regulatory matters to management.
• Provide company representation in tariff, rates, pricing, revenue distribution and policy negotiations.
